i bought a setup at a surplus store, it’s an m1936 BAR belt from 1942 and then the rest is m56 equipment made in 68 including a harness, buttpack, e tool carrier, two canteens and covers, and on the shoulder of the harness a bandage pouch

want your advice/opinion - i want to get and im also planning on buying compatible components with for the rig ( im going be wearing it with the sniper panel) i was wondering if you think an XL utility pouch, Med pouch vertical MK II, JTAC admin pouch and dump pouch will all fit on this rig, I plan on putting the XL pouch on my right side and if there enough room but the dump pouch or something smaller if necessary and for the left side to have the med pouch and JTAC pouch please let me know if all these components will fit on the rig- i appropriate your review and help

there's two magnets in the side 9mm pouches, they're just on the inner sidewall, not the outer like you checked. they're rectangle and work great on the fridge too. 3:56

Will this work on a VelSys Scarab?

I have been looking for so damn long for a placard like this one… there’s the TRMP Triple mag placard but the bottoms of the elastic cells in the front are open allowing for stuff to slide out as you low crawl which is a huge no no… then there’s the Platatac smac 3 placard which is probably just as good as this placard if not better. Only issue is you won’t find them in stock especially in the camo/color you want. There’s the Onward research assault placard Garand Thumb has been teasing for over a year now and still hasn’t released it yet. This has a shit tom of camos and matches all the criteria I need. Finally I can be at peace 😂

Thank you for this great vid! Is the harness installed correctly here? They sit closer to the middle of the spine in their install vid. Do you have any experience attaching quick release tubes to the harness?

What if i cut the material between the slots in rear plate bag where the cummerbund goes, can i just use a regular velcro cummerbund then?

What about a compact pistol with a minimalist velcro holster? Would the pouch be too flexible to keep it in place? Thinking about putting this on a belt and wearing it as a "Get Home Kit". Wearing a belt and backpack seems more discreet if you can hide the pistol too.

The only reason I chose the AC1 over this or ferro is bc the cummerbund is exposed in the back. Its kinda important to protect the very thing that holds your carrier together. That and I love what trex did with the different size elastic pouches in the cummerbund.

You paid for what you get, I have to say it is pretty good for the money especially you got quick release feature. For sure it is not perfect and does not fit every one or all missions. Actually there is no any product can do that.

What size is your head in inches? I am 32.25", just .25" over the size 1 cutoff. Size 2 starts at 32.5". You mentioned how the size 1 just fit, that's why I was asking..

i have lvl 4 plates, and lvl 4 side plates on a jpc 2.0 making it already about 20 pounds without anything else, and im going to be putting other stuff like mags etc.. on there, and the plate carrier is really uncomfortable. all the weight is on the shoulders, and my shoulders hurt even though the weight shouldnt be a problem. im a very in shape muscular person that does pullups and pushups with 30 pound weighted vest, and that vest feels like nothing to me. some people recommended me getting axl shoulder pads to help with shoulder pain. should i do that or just get a avs or spc because im guessing my end weight after all my stuff is on the carrier to be close to 30 pounds. your advice would be greatly appreciated.

I just ordered one of those in Mas Gray. They are supposed to measure 21 inches long inside. Just 8 inches shorter than my LBT SBR Pack. It’s just the perfect range companion.

Will the one with JPC zippers fit an AVS? I have an AVS but the JPC back panel 74 has more pockets than their AVS model.

Personally like Velocity systems ultra comp 3” wide, it separates the load really well.
